Disconnecting a Google account
A Google account can be disconnected from either end.
From the assistant
Ask it to disconnect the account. Its stored credential is deleted and it stops appearing in the connected list.
By default this leaves the authorization at Google in place, because the same mailbox may also be connected by a colleague and revoking would most likely cut them off too. To end access entirely, ask the assistant to disconnect it and revoke at Google, or use the route below.
From your Google account
Open myaccount.google.com/permissions, find this connector, and remove its access. Revoking there invalidates the credential immediately, whether or not the assistant is reachable. It applies to the whole account, so anyone else who has this mailbox connected loses it as well.
Removing the deployment does not end anything on its own — grants live at Google, so revoke them there or through the assistant before tearing anything down.
Mailboxes reached through Google Workspace domain-wide delegation are different: access comes from a service account authorized for the whole domain, so removing one from the list stops this connector using it, but only a Workspace administrator can withdraw the underlying grant.
